jj7 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "jj7", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the operator of the jj7 platform accessible at jj7.biz and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the jj7 website, all games, betting markets, casino products, payment systems, account management tools, and any other service made available at jj7.biz.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Player on the jj7 Platform, identified by a unique username and password.
• "Player", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who has registered a jj7 account or who accesses the jj7 Platform in any capacity.
• "Wallet" means the PKR balance held within a Player's jj7 Account for the purposes of placing bets and receiving winnings.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome offered on the jj7 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free bet tokens awarded to a Player's jj7 Account subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "PSL" refers to the Pakistan Super League, a professional Twenty20 cricket league constituting a principal betting market on the jj7 Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole transactional currency of the jj7 Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering a jj7 Account, by logging in to an existing jj7 Account, or by accessing or using any feature of the jj7 Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the jj7 Privacy Policy, the jj7 Responsible Gaming policy, and any specific rules published in relation to individual games, promotions, or product categories. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the specific product concerned.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the jj7 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. jj7 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register accounts or participate in any betting or casino activity on the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of jj7 or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or software suppliers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through your jj7 Account settings or applied by jj7 following a responsible gaming intervention.
• You must register and maintain only one individual jj7 Account. Persons who have had a previous jj7 Account permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions are not eligible to re-register.

jj7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jj7 may result in account restriction or closure and the withholding of any withdrawal pending verification.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of jj7 services, you must register a jj7 Account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. jj7 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate information supplied by the Player at registration.
• You may register only one jj7 Account per person, per household address, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple accounts detected at the same address or sharing payment methods will be treated as duplicate accounts.
• jj7 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.
• You must promptly update your jj7 Account information in the event that any registered details change, including contact information, address, or payment method details.
• Registration constitutes your agreement that jj7 may conduct identity verification checks using your registration data, including but not limited to CNIC verification and third-party database checks.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jj7 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your jj7 Account credentials with any other person. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must select a strong, unique password for your jj7 Account and change it immediately if you suspect that your credentials have been compromised.
• You must notify jj7 immediately via [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that any unauthorised person has accessed or attempted to access your jj7 Account.
• jj7 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your jj7 Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• jj7 may suspend your Account and require re-verification of identity if unusual or potentially fraudulent login activity is detected, including logins from unrecognised devices or geographic locations inconsistent with your registration profile.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jj7 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• jj7 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and approved debit/credit cards. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time at jj7's discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your jj7 Wallet upon confirmed receipt by jj7's payment processing systems. jj7 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or banking institution.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the jj7 cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. jj7 reserves the right to request documentary verification before processing any withdrawal.
• jj7 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jj7 accepts no liability.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing review period during which jj7 may conduct anti-fraud and anti-money laundering checks. jj7 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
• Player funds are maintained in accounts separate from jj7's operational funds. Your jj7 Wallet balance is not affected by jj7's business financial position.
• jj7 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into a jj7 Account must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the jj7 Account holder.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules govern all bets placed on the jj7 Platform. Product-specific rules applicable to individual sporting events, markets, and bet types are published within the relevant section of the jj7 Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• A bet is not confirmed until jj7 issues a bet receipt with a unique reference number. Bets accepted in error, including those accepted due to a technical malfunction or at clearly incorrect odds, may be voided by jj7 at its absolute discretion.
• jj7 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual bet or market, including PSL and international cricket markets, without prior notice.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time. jj7 is not liable for bets that could not be placed during a market suspension period.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the jj7 Platform at the time the bet was placed.
• jj7 reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the underlying event has been compromised, including but not limited to suspected match fixing or insider information.
• Winnings are credited to your jj7 Wallet upon settlement of the relevant event. Settlement times may vary depending on the nature of the event and the availability of official results.

8 Casino Games

The jj7 Casino product, including live dealer games, slot titles, bingo, and fishing games, is subject to the following terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physically dealt cards or spun wheels operated by trained dealers in professionally managed studios.
• Game-specific return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game developer and are independently verified. RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• jj7 is not responsible for any interrupted game session caused by loss of internet connectivity on the Player's side. Where a game session is interrupted due to a jj7 platform-side issue, jj7 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the session to its pre-interruption state.
• Free spins, bonus rounds, and other in-game features are governed by the rules of the individual game as published by the game developer.
• The maximum withdrawal arising from Bonus Funds used in casino games may be capped as specified in the individual promotion terms applicable at the time of the bonus award.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

jj7 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all jj7 bonuses unless superseded by promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus offers are available exclusively to eligible jj7 account holders who meet the specific criteria published in the relevant promotion. jj7 reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are awarded for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic wagering strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other Players constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• jj7 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not prejudice bonuses already credited to Player accounts where the Player has already commenced wagering activity in good faith.
• Where a Player requests a withdrawal before satisfying applicable wagering requirements, jj7 may deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any bonus-derived winnings from the withdrawal amount.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jj7 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one jj7 Account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the account registration or verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with jj7 betting markets or casino games.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other Players or third parties in respect of any event offered on the jj7 Platform.
• Using the jj7 Platform to launder money or to process proceeds of criminal activity. jj7 cooperates fully with anti-money laundering investigations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the jj7 Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with jj7 customer support staff or other Players.
• Attempting to circumvent jj7's responsible gaming controls, including self-exclusion, by registering a new account following a self-exclusion request.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jj7 Platform, including but not limited to the jj7 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, data feeds, and software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of jj7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jj7 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jj7 Platform content without the prior written consent of jj7.
• The games available on jj7 Casino are licensed from their respective developers and are subject to those developers' intellectual property rights. jj7 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jj7 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage arising in connection with your use of the jj7 Platform:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your jj7 Account where such access was enabled by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the jj7 Platform caused by circumstances beyond jj7's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or third-party service provider outages.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• The content or accuracy of third-party games, odds data feeds, or live streaming services incorporated into the jj7 Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes jj7's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of law.

13 Responsible Gaming

jj7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that enable Players to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their jj7 Account settings at any time. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period as specified in the jj7 Responsible Gaming policy.
• Players may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion through the jj7 Responsible Gaming tools. Once a self-exclusion is activated, jj7 will use all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform.
• jj7 operates a session time reminder system that alerts Players who have been logged in for extended continuous periods. Players may configure the frequency of these reminders through their Account settings.
• jj7 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming interventions on any Player's Account, including deposit limit reductions or temporary suspension, where jj7 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is exhibiting signs of problem gambling behaviour.
• All jj7 services are strictly for players aged 21 and above. This age restriction is non-negotiable and is applied uniformly across all jj7 products and markets.

14 Suspension & Termination

jj7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any jj7 Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including any prohibited conduct listed in Section 10.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with the jj7 Account.
• Provision of false information at registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.

Upon termination of a jj7 Account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, jj7 may withhold any balance remaining in the Wallet pending investigation. Where an Account is closed for non-breach reasons (for example, Player-initiated closure), the remaining balance will be returned to the Player following completion of all applicable verification and anti-money laundering checks.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jj7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following procedure applies to all material amendments:

• jj7 will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on the jj7 Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date appearing at the top of the document.
• Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Player rights or obligations — jj7 will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify affected Players via their registered email address or through an in-Platform notification.
• Your continued use of the jj7 Platform following publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact jj7 to close your Account.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the jj7 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which jj7 operates. The following dispute resolution process applies:

• In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the jj7 Platform, you must first submit a formal complaint to the jj7 customer support team, providing full details of the issue and the outcome you are seeking.
• jj7 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and will provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt.
• Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct engagement with jj7's customer support team, jj7 will advise the Player of any applicable independent dispute resolution channels available under jj7's operating licence framework.
• Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory law.
